Today we did P.E and for P.E LH3 did the Beep test and the Beep test was good exercise. I forgot what stage i was in so i'll do it again. I enjoyed doing it because it was giving me some training for the cross country. This matters because to help my capability and help my cross country. My next steps are to beat my score the next time i do it. First i will jog then when it gets harder i'll run and to don't push each others if they pushed me
Also the cross country is coming up so that will be exiting.
